I have ordered a Belly Dance workout video.... Yes! I am a dork. Myryka is a professional belly dancer and instructor.... I took one of her classes one time and my bum and such were sore for days. The video I ordered was "Tribal Fusion: Yoga Isolations and Drills for Belly Dance"... it had 4.0 stars on amazon.com with 103 reviews. I will keep you updated. I am on a mission to TONE and FIRM!
